But hes coming down for my graduation and hes gonna stay here with my parents for a couple days before my graduation from boot camp so he can come down with my parents……but im planning on leaving it here for him to then take with him when i get to see him. Then he can give it to me then……….is that weird? What do you think?

    nope waiting is good ;)

  3. My ex had my ring fedex’d to me from his mother (we lived together). It was a family heirloom. I blew my top. I thought it was the most impersonal cold way of proposing. Unless it means something to you, wait til you see him. Being able to see the look on his face when he puts that ring on your finger is something you will never forget.

i think getting engaged should be a surprise, and i think you should wait to see the ring when he puts it on your finger and be happy with the ring he picked out and what time he picks to do it. i think he should ask you when he wants to and not having it planned out already that takes the fun out of it.

  5. i think that when u get the ring… dont open it… when he gets there… let him open it and give it to u then… u obviously know that u r getting it… so it isnt a surprise… go have a nice dinner to celebrate….. good luck and congrats to u♥
