Ha…you would be stupid to buy in this market unless you go with a FHA (3.5% down) and 8K tax credit type loan. Than it would be like a few years ago when you had 100% financing. Hard to lose on 100% financing. LOL! It just might be cheaper than renting…?
yep, the economic hit job done since the 90s since, especially but not inclusive, by the private federal reserve just like during the depression that duped people into taking on false debt had many living in the streets eventually.
