I have a lot of student loan debt, and a little credit card debt, mixed with some personal/medical-I’ve heard that legal help is best, but I’m only familiar with debt consolidation, which I now understand isn’t always best and is actually in for profit more than helping. As a family in crisis, does anyone have any good advise?

  2. Hi there!

Read this..it may help you out a little.

  3. Your best bet is to fake your own death.

    Life insurance will then pay.

If you don’t have life insurance, before you “die” set up a fake “charity” which funnels funds into an offshore bank account in your name.

Fake your death, and pay a crooked physician to sign your phony death certificate.

In your obituary, write : “in lieu of flowers, please send donations to (your charity).

Get yourself a rubber replica of your head and face. Get a suit, and stuff it full of old newspapers and rags. Place this in a rented coffin, topped by the rubber head, for your “viewing”.

You COULD try getting in the coffin yourself, but you have to be careful not to twitch when your friends and relatives come to see your “corpse”. If getting into the coffin yourself, make arrangements with the funeral home to crawl out of the coffin & leave through the back door, before you are “buried” or “cremated”.

Once you have faked your own death and reaped the profits, you can live out the rest of your life in Mexico, Albania, or some other lawless nation, debt-free.

    Hope this helps!

Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) is a non-profit company offering free counseling. They can look at your finances and advise you how to proceed.

Check this site for one in your area: http://www.nfcc.org/

Yes put your student loan in forbearance, it still has interest added, but payments are suspended, and does not show up as a negative on your credit report. Call them, or most places have a place online to put in for this, reason is financial hardship. THis will buy you some time to get your affairs in order.

Legal help will come in handy if you need to file bankruptcy or a wage-earner.

Debt Consolidation firms make money by charging you fees.

Most places have non-profit debt counselling services. I suggest you look locally for those. Look for ones that do not charge a fee.
